1. Service

TrendFX lets you create short AI-generated videos from photos you upload. The service is provided "as is" and results may vary.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TrendFX.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of photos you upload. You confirm you own them or have permission from every person shown, and you grant us a limited licence to process them only to deliver your video. You must follow our Content Policy.

4. Generated videos

You may use videos you generate for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the law. You are responsible for how you share them and should label them as AI generated.

5. Credits and payments

Videos are paid for with credits. Credits have no cash value except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Content Policy.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TrendFX is not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
